Professional Property Managers are dedicated to selecting quality tenants and keeping your investment in good repair with minimal cost. Your leasing and management fees are usually a tax deduction. Our monthly Management fee for a single home ranges from $85 per month to 8% of rental income. Our services include: a. Regular maintenance & repair supervision b. Rent collection c. Monthly reports Our Lease-Up Only fee (without ongoing management) is one-half of one month’s rent or $500, which ever is greater, to include: a. Sign on property b. Flyers describing property c.
